Information you have provided us with
This might be your e-mail address, name, phone number, billing address, home address, payment information etc – mainly information that is necessary for delivering you a product/service, facilitating a purchase or to enhance your customer experience with us. We save the information you provide us with in order for you to comment or perform other activities on the website. This information includes, for example, your name, e-mail address and phone number and in the case of a purchase, also your billing address, home or shipping address and payment information, either credit card details (processed via Stripe) or else PayPal account information. Sensitive payment information (such as credit card details) is not stored in our database and is always processed off-site on either the Shopify, Stripe or PayPal website. Information automatically collected about you
This includes information that is automatically stored by cookies and other session tools. For example, your shopping cart information, your IP address, your shopping history (if there is any) etc. This information is used to improve your customer experience whilst browsing our website, as well as to provide you with, where possible and where consent exists, more tailored marketing experiences both on our own website and on the websites of some of our partners. When you use our services or look at the contents of our website, your activities may be logged.

If you choose to purchase a physical product from any of our Shopify-hosted websites, you may choose to have Án Post deliver these products to you. In a small number of areas on our website, you may have the ability to send files to us, which may be transferred automatically to, and as such shared with, Dropbox as our file sharing platform of choice. Shopify– we use Shopify as our eCommerce service provider in order to sell merchandise and event tickets and as such, they are the hosting provider for our eCommerce websites. They provide us with the online eCommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Stripe– we use Stripe as one of our chosen payment service providers on our websites and Shopify-hosted websites. If you choose to purchase a product or service from us and choose the Stripe payment method, we will be required to share your data with Stripe. Click here to read their privacy policy;
SumUp– on a small number of occasions and with your consent, we may process payments using a SumUp card reader. If this is the case, the data provided to us by you during the course of the transaction will be shared with SumUp. Click here to read their privacy policy;

We only work with Processing partners and connected third parties who are able to ensure an adequate level of protection to your Personal Data. We disclose your Personal Data to third parties or public officials when we are legally obliged to do so. We might disclose your Personal Data to third parties if you have consented to it or if there are other legal grounds for it.

How we secure your data

We do our best to keep your Personal Data safe. We use safe protocols for communication and transferring data (such as HTTPS). We use anonymising and pseudonymising where suitable. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.

Even though we try our best we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.

Shopify Website Payment Information & Data Storage:

In the case of our Shopify-hosted eCommerce websites, if you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
